• Went to Germany after completion of year 10 and competed with German students and received academic qualifications – BSc (Geology), MSc (Applied Geology). PhD (mineralogy), Dipl in Business management.
• Studied Gemmology (1981-1982) at the Gemmological Association of Great Britain and German Gemmological Association and obtained FGA from UK and FGG from Germany.

• Disseminated the knowledge of heat treatment of Geuda-gems in Sri Lanka
• First international expert (Commonwealth Secretariat and UNDP Consultant as Technical Adviser to the Government of Ghana) to develop the precious mineral industry of Ghana and to set-up showrooms, workshops and to promote Ghanaian jewellery to USA & Canada (1991-1993) and 1995

Migrated to Perth, Australia in 1991 and settled permanently in 1993. This was the time I decided to follow the path of Vedic Astrology

• Published articles on Vedic Astrology in Australian magazines and journals
• Have given over 70 public lectures and 3 TV interviews on Vedic Astrology in Perth, Singapore, Malaysia, India and Sri Lanka.
• Guest Speaker at the lady’s luncheon at the Tanglin Club, Singapore (2003)
• Development of greater awareness and understanding of the value of Vedic Astrology among Australians and Singaporeans.
• From 2002 -2017 was a visiting Consultant Astrologer in Singapore, Hong Kong, Malaysia, Japan, the USA, Bali and Sri Lanka.
• Have set up a registered institute (2002) - Australian Academy of Vedic Astrology, an educational centre to promotes Vedic astrology, Meditation, Mantra with special reference to their background in the Vedas.
• Have participated in over 15 Exhibitions related to Astrology, Mind, Body & Spirit.
• Since the year 2000, have checked the horoscopes of over 15000 clients around the world.
